  • Additional Costs: Any additional costs or third-party service fees related to your campaigns (e.g., ad spend, hosting, domain names) will be outlined separately and are payable by the client.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation of Services: To cancel any services, written notice must be provided to our support team at ahmed@storecare.co. A 30-day notice period is required for termination of SEO or Google Ads services.
  • Termination by StoreCare: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at our sole discretion, immediately and without notice, if you breach these Terms.
  • Refunds: Payments made are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written agreement.

Limitations of Liability

  • No Warranties: StoreCare provides services on an “as-is” basis. We make no guarantees as to the specific results of our SEO or advertising services and disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Limitation of Liability: Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim, whether in contract or tort, will not exceed the fees paid by you for the services in question during the preceding 12-month period.
  • Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for delays or failures to provide Services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, and internet disruptions.

Data Ownership and Privacy

  • Client Data: All data and content created by you, including website content, email data, and client-generated resources, are your property. StoreCare claims no ownership over your data.
  • Backups: While StoreCare maintains internal data backups, we do not guarantee backup or restoration of client data. You are responsible for keeping adequate backups of your data.
  • Third-Party Sites: Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. StoreCare is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We encourage you to read their terms and conditions and privacy policies carefully.

Intellectual Property and Design Credit

  • Intellectual Property: All content and resources created by StoreCare remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full. We reserve the right to feature a link to https://www.storecare.co in the footer of client websites or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Portfolio Usage: We reserve the right to showcase completed work as part of our portfolio, including on our Website, unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.

Indemnification

  • Client Liability: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StoreCare, its employees, affiliates, and subcontractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to any breach of this Agreement or any content or data provided by you that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such provisions.
